Several years ago a few local residents approached The Martha requesting usage of our Tennis Courts and Fitness Center. Today that request has become a Club, limited to 100 members to ensure our overnight guests can also enjoy the spaces.

Membership benefits and amenities are as follows:

Year round 7 days per week access to:

• Free parking & gate opener for easy access
• 10% discount in Sisters American Grill
• Complimentary Entree during Birthday Month
• First access and 10% OFF Quarterly Wine Dinners
• 10% discount in The Little Shop
• 10% discount at The Spa (excluding Salon services)
• A complimentary overnight stay every year in a Junior Suite upon availability with welcome champagne (Cannot be used during periods of high occupancy, special events and/or Holidays) *cannot roll-over or substitute.
• Monthly billing privileges

The membership initiation fees are as follows and due upon approval of membership application:

• Single applicant $ 3,500
• Joint/couples (married) $4,000
• Family (single or couple with children under 23 living at home) is $4,500

2025 MAM dues are as follows:

• Single $1,620
• Joint/couples $2,375
• Family (single or couple with children under 23 living at home) $3,330
• Yearly MAM “reserved” locker fee (optional) $75 *FULL
